You may return or exchange any item for any reason within 14 days of purchase. 2. Write your RA# on the receipt and send it together with the package. Please write clearly on the top left corner of the receipt. 3. Send returns to: COD’s will not be accepted. Bikepro.com will only refund actual shipping costs or postage on all mis-shipments or merchandise received damaged or defective. 4.
